CITREM is a citric acid ester of mono and diglycerides made from edible fatty acids.

Usage/Application
– Meat binder in sausages
– It is used to increase water content of low calorie foods ( decreasing oil content in the dough).
– Stabilizer in cooking oils and margarines
– Enhances stability of antioxidants
– It enhances dough performances of flours
– It is used as both emulsifier and anti splash agent in margarines

– To be stored in cool temp. below 25⁰ C. Best before 2 year from the date of Manufacturing.
