    – It is a special product obtained by esterification of polyglycerol with condensed castor oil, fatty acids.

    Usage/Application
    – It serves to produce better quality chocolate reducing cocoa oil quantity in chocolate industry.
    – It provides easier discharge property eliminating bubble formation and empty holes.
    – It serves to produce chocolate with desired refirement.
    – It doesnt have any bad odour. It has a good thermal stability. It is suitable to use together with lecithin. It makes the process easier.

    – Store in a cool and dry place 25⁰ C -30⁰ C. Best before 24 months from the date of manufacturing.
