DESCRIPTION
– These food additive are light cream to tan coloured, hard, waxy solid with a slight characteristic odour and bland taste. This is produced by the esterification of Sorbitol with Stearic acid derived.

Usage/Application
– These are an effective emulsifier to retard fat bloom in chocolate. Fat used in chocolate, particularly cocoa butter, forms as a tightly in chocolates these are using as Antiblooming agent
– In margarines, these are using as Antisandinesss agent.
– These are also used in Cosmetic Applications
STORAGE/SHELF LIFE
– Store in a cool and dry place 25⁰ C -30⁰ C. 24 Months from the date of manufacturing.
