DESCRIPTION
– Sorbitan tristearate is produced by the esterification of Sorbitol with commercial Stearic acid derived. It is a light cream powder with a slight characteristic odor and bland taste. Product is USP complaint.

Usage/Application
– These are an effective emulsifier to retard fat bloom in chocolate. Fat used in chocolate, particularly cocoa butter, forms as a tightly in chocolates these are using as Antiblooming agent
– In margarines, these are using as Antisandinesss agent.
– These are also used in Cosmetic Applications
STORAGE/SHELF LIFE
– Store in a cool and dry place 25⁰ C -30⁰ C. 24 Months from the date of manufacturing.
